Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting of Gorsley & Kilcot

held on Monday 23^rd May 2022 at 7.30pm

Present: 4 Parish Councillors and 4 parishioners

In attendance: Charlee Roberts (Clerk to Gorsley & Kilcot Parish Council)

1. Cllr Nigel Warwick chaired the meeting and welcomed everybody in attendance.

2. Apologies for absence were accepted from Cllrs John Barker, Nigel Poole and Gill Moseley. Apologies were also accepted from Viv Ferguson and Revd Simon Mason.

3. The minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held in 2021 were approved as a true record.

4. The following reports were reviewed and the floor was opened to any questions or comment:

a) Gorsley & Kilcot Parish Council Chairman’s Report: There were no questions or comments.

b) Gorsley & Kilcot Parish Council Financial Report: There were no questions or comments.

c) Police Report: A police report had not yet been received, if a report follows the meeting this will be added to the Councils website.

5. Report from District Councillor – No report has been received.

Report from County Councillor – Cllr Gill Moseley was unable to attend the meeting however provided a written report which was reviewed at the meeting and will be available on the Councils website.  

6. Public Questions:

A parishioner enquired if anyone was aware of building works to take place at the Buildbase site – the Council noted that no applications for works had been received at present, any applications for works that do come up will be added to a Council meeting agenda for discussion.

As there was no further business, the meeting was closed at 7.55pm.

These minutes will be signed at the 2023 Annual Parish Meeting.
