Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting of Gorsley & Kilcot

held on Monday 20^th May 2024 at 7.30pm.

Present: Parish Council Chair, 7 Parishioners.

In attendance: Charlee Roberts (Clerk to Gorsley & Kilcot Parish Council)

1. The Chair welcomed all to the Parish Meeting and thanked for attending.  

2. Apologies for absence were received from the Church.

3. Minutes of the 2023 Annual Parish Meeting were approved and signed.

4. The following reports were read at the meeting and will be available to be read on the Parish Council’s website:

a) Gorsley & Kilcot Parish Council Chairman’s Report

b) Gorsley & Kilcot Parish Council Financial Report

5. A Report was provided by County Councillor Gill Moseley this was read at the meeting and will be available to be read on the Parish Council’s website. No report was provided by the District Councillor.

6. Reports from other organisations

a) Police – a report was not provided.

b) Church – No report was received. The Council wished to express their continued thanks to the Church for allowing the use of the Church to hold the Council meetings.

7. Public Questions – No questions raised.
